Forming the message
- He needs to know the importance of the meetings and how he needs to be there. So a course of action in which he can still be there for his family members who are sick but still make the important meetings. This could include changing when he takes off for emergencies with family. In addion if the nedd is great a possible leave to take care of the problems at home.
- The reader is my boss, his concerns are for the department and the he would perfure a more factual style fo communication that gets right to the point with no input from the write (aka just the facts and nothing more or less)
